Just a few hours to prepare your content, then a few hours here and there during our 2 week design period for strategy and lesson calls and to make sure your website is looking exactly the way you want

I suggest at least 2 weeks out so you have time to prepare your content. It's also a good idea to look at your schedule to make sure you are available during the design period to respond to emails and go through edits

I will teach you how to use Squarespace to make updates such as changing your copy, prices or promotions, or you can reach out to me for further design updates such as adding new pages, which can be charged at my hourly rate or completed through a Website Design Day

Your investment can be split in up to 4 payments of 25%. The initial payment is required to book your design period. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments with the final payment being due prior to launching. All prices are in USD. You can use a currency converter to find the price in your local currency

Since we focus on creating a website based on a solid strategy, it won't always look exactly how you envision, but every one of my clients has told me it's turned out better than their vision anyway!

We'll go through an indepth design brief to get an idea of what you like and dislike design-wise. From there, I will create your home page for you to give feedback on the overall look. Once we have the overall style from your home page, I'll created the rest of your website. During the second week, we'll go through edits to get things just right. This means there are plenty of touch points to course correct if needed, and you'll be able to share your thoughts and changes accordingly

Most of my clients love Squarespace because it's easy to use and you don't require ongoing maintenance, backups, plugin managements, or to worry about hosting. Squarespace is the perfect option for an easy to use and maintain website.
I also design in Wordpress using Divi or Elementor page builders so your website is easy for you to update. Wordpress does require more ongoing maintenance, but can have more functionality through adding plugins.
If you are not sure whether Squarespace or Wordpress will be a better fit for you, we can chat through it to work it out together.

Squarespace has a monthly fee that includes website hosting and system maintenance. Most clients will end up on the Business plan. If you are new to Squarespace, you will be able to save an additional 20% on your first year by working together. You will also need to purchase your own domain, which is generally around $10-$20 annually.
If you are using Wordpress, I include access to the Divi and Elementor builders for the first year, after which you will need to pay for your account (if you choose to go on a maintenance plan with me, you will be able to continue using my licence). Depending on the funcationality you need for your website, you may also need to pay for some premium plugins, and you will have hosting costs and the price of your domain. After your website is live, you may also want to go on a maintenance plan where I will take care of things like backups, updates, etc, to save you time from having to take care of the more technical stuff
