Seniah Boutique Branding
Seniah Boutique is an online kids clothing store specializing in one of a kind handmade kids clothing and memory bears.
I worked with Rebecca to create her branding when she was first launching Seniah Boutique. On our consultation call, she had a picture of what she wanted her branding to look like, but wasn’t sure how to put it into words or bring the designs together.
During our call, we worked out that Rebecca wanted her brand to have a child-like sense of wonder to it. We decided a whimsical design in pastel colours would be a good fit to suit the mood of her brand, and we were able to work from there to start creating her designs.
Once we knew the style we were aiming for, I started to look for ideas for fun pastel elements that we could use to make Rebecca’s brand stand out. This watercolor wreath ended up being the perfect whimsical element we needed, and this brand started to come to life from there!
Rebecca knew she wanted to have a script font in her logo, and I knew we would need to have a clean, simple font to balance out the wreath and the script font. We played around with some black and white font combinations and found one that she loved.
Once we had the logo design chosen, I worked on a colour palette. Since I knew we had lighter greens in the wreath, I tested some contrasting pastels like the lilac colour we chose and a pink. To stop things becoming too busy and balance out the design overall, I chose a darker neutral, which also worked to make the business name pop.
With the logo and colours finalized, the favicon and alternative logo came together easily. From there, I decided on a sewing theme for some graphic elements to reflect the hand-sewn products that Rebecca sells.
I worked with Jessica on my branding. Before working together I had an image of what I wanted but was unsure how to put it together. I was worried in working with a designer that I wouldn't get exactly what I wanted but Jessica did that and more! My new branding gives me a logo and name that people will recognize. Jessica was very easy to work with and was happy to make any adjustments I needed until we found the perfect brand design. I'm looking forward to launching my business and am now confident that I have a brand people will remember!

The last step of the branding process was to choose some textures that Rebecca would be able to use for any of her design needs. Keeping with the handmade and watercolortheme, I choose some watercolor textures to tie everything together and create a cohesive brand that Rebecca loves!
Once this style board was completed, I worked with Rebecca to create her business cards along with fabric clothing tags and the hang labels with care instructions that are attached to the clothing.
Rebecca now has quick and easy digital designs that she can use over and over so that she is able to focus on the fun parts of her business – sewing cute kiddo clothing!
