Pure Drop Essentials Branding
Pure Drop Essentials is an essential oil company specializing in using essential oils for optimum well-being.
When creating this brand, I had a clear outline to work with: This brand needed to be clean and modern, and it had to include natural elements and peaceful colours, preferably using greens and blues, with no pink.
I knew there was a clear vision of what the brand should look like, so I started out on Pinterest to find a selection of items to create a mood board full of calming colors and natural elements. This was a very calming and soothing palette, exactly what I was after!
Once the mood board was settled, I moved on to the logo design. I had a lot of fun with this one, coming up with 13 different variations before narrowing it down to the final selection! Once I had the winning logo, I played around with a few different font combinations and found a modern script font and san serif font combination that was perfect!
With the logo completed, I started to look for a calming color scheme that would reflect the personality of this brand. It took awhile, but I was able to narrow down the color palette and it worked beautifully for what I was after!
Next up, I developed the favicon and alternate logos for Pure Drop Essentials, along with some fun digital elements. With all the elements complete, I put together a style board and style guide so that the brand information is able to be easily kept on hand for any time designs are being created.
To round out the project, I also designed business cards, an email opt in gift and some social media graphics using the brands style board as a guide. The email opt in gift was one of most fun elements to design. It’s a 4 page eBook introduction to using essential oils. So fun!
After creating this branding, Pure Drop Essentials has a clear and confident direction to go with for the business visuals, saving endless time with creating new marketing materials, all while ensuring this brand is easily recognizable.
